We will provide technical support to resolve access issues, resend in alternative format, or offer alternative download methods. However, even in cases of technical issues, refunds are NOT offered.
If you have a subscription, you may cancel at any time. However, cancellation does NOT result in a refund of past charges. Once payment has been processed, it is final and non-refundable.
If fraud is confirmed after investigation, we will work with your bank or payment provider to resolve the charge dispute directly with them. This is a fraud dispute with your payment provider, not a refund request through us.
